A Big Blue Easy Float (often just called a “Big Blue”) is a professional concrete finishing tool used to smooth and level large areas of freshly poured concrete. It is the “big brother” to the hand float, designed to be used while standing outside the formwork.
The name comes from its distinct blue carbon steel blade, which is highly flexible and known for creating a very smooth, “polished” surface.
